The woodcutter and Magical Coconut Story |Mamoona Ghaffar
Once upon a time, there was a pious old man who lives under the tree and remains busy in worship all the time.
Occasionally the people moving around and place some meal, fruits, or other foodstuffs near to him to consume but the pious old man always closes his eyes and gets busy in worship so most of the time other animals or kids pick up the food and eat, when the pious old man opens his eyes and saw any meal lay around so he eats otherwise continue to worship again.
Once a young boy going on the way and saw a pious old man busy in worship he devoted and place 4 coconuts near him.
After a few minutes, a woodcutter came to the pious old man and watching him silently when he eventful in worship. As he opens the eyes woodcutter asked the pious old man to break the coconut and serve its water to drink so he allowed.
Then the woodcutter asked the pious old man to pray for a bright future. Then he turns to move his home but the pious old man stops him as he knows about his condition very well and provides the rest of the 3 coconuts to the woodcutter as well as advises him that he may break it when he wants to have a wish to be fulfilled wholeheartedly.
The woodcutter took 3 coconuts and came back to the home. He always works hard and divides his money into 3 milestones.
He consistently kept milestones as 1 for needy people, 1 for the meal, and another 1 for personal (savings).
One day he earns less money so that he got sad while he came to know about coconut.
He breaks the coconut and called a wish. On the following day, he starts earning a lot. His time starts to change and he became rich day by day.
The woodcutter makes his name in society and people start calling him by the name “The Gentle Woodcutter” due to his kind heart for the poor and society.
On the other hand, few individuals feel jealous and asked him about the secret behind his richness.
The Woodcutter told the truth and discloses clearly that he has a magical coconut given by a pious old man.
A poor jealousy individual asks him to grant that magical coconut and The Gentle Woodcutter provides him.
When the poor jealousy individual came back to his home with that magical coconut he became so happy because of thinking all the time to become rich but with a negative heart.
While in excitement he breaks the coconut and calls to become really very poor instead of really very rich by slipping off his tongue due to excitement.
Then his time gets change and he lost everything.
